The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of a full line of private brand and control brand diapers, training pants and special-use pants. It was incorporated in October of 1974 and has its registered head office located in Toledo, Spain. The company offers three tiers of diaper products to meet the performance and economic needs of the consumer; this includes super premium diaper, ultra diaper and basic diaper. It also offers training pants, which are designed to help keep children dry during potty training, and extra absorbent youth pants, which are designed to help older children keep dry overnight. Its brand offering include: Moltex, Baby-Up, AquaKids, Affective, Pure'n Gentle, Natural Choice, bbtips, and Classic.
